Set NumLock ON at boot

If you want your NumLock set to be ON when you boot up Bodhi, just add the application, “numlockx” to your system.

sudo apt-get install numlockx

or, you can add it using your Synaptic Package Manager!

You don't have to configure it; it's an X11 program. Just install it and your NumLock will be on next time you boot.
